• 60" x 144" Moving table with: (2) Vacuum zones (144" dimension front/back), 2" thick solid cast aluminum plate, machined vacuum table w/ground surface finish ready for a spoil board, and extra Heavy Duty fixed gantry bridge.
• Equipped with: (2) 16 HP High Frequency router spindles, quick change ISO-30 tapers, variable speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM; 1st main router head has an 8-position ATC; 2nd main router has a 360° C-axis for aggregate tools.
• Routers are mounted on slides for individual positioning by Servo motors; distance between heads is adjustable from 16-1/2" - 30"; includes optional 15-spindle boring head with (11) vertical & (4) horizontal spindles, each spindle is independently programmable.
• Closed loop Servo drive system, precision ground pre-loaded precision ball screws driven by brushless AC Servo motors for positioning; 0.001 - 1,000 IPM max. machining feed rate with 1,000 IPM rapid traverse on X- & Y-axis, 500 IPM on Z-axis.
• X-Axis travel is 145", Y-axis 84", Z-axis is 6" with 11" clearance under the gantry; extended gantry bridge for full 61" x 145" table coverage by all work heads.
• All axes ride on extra large THK precision contour linear guideways; all positioning bearings serviced by an automatic lubrication system.
• GE/FANUC "OMC" Series computer control with: 9" High resolution CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, RS-232 port, hand held controller, background editing, self-diagnostic, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, cutter and tool length compensation, feed rate & spindle speed override.
• Complete with: 25 HP QUINCY Rotary screw vacuum pump, rated 350 CFM @ 29.85 HG. - Router currently has only (1,000) hours use. – [Ref. RC-011722]
