• Complete system for the prefabrication of house wall & ceiling panels and consisting of the following elements:  

• Station A: PC Controlled Frame Station. Designed for nailing of framing dimensions according to product specification.  

• The station is built with a pneumatic delivery of windows and door elements with a maximum width of 1,800 mm and minimum 600 mm; with compression of the frame towards the insulation in front of the frame; with automatic drilling; with automatic marking for roof truss placement locations on the walls; equipped with Origo Electronics PC for controlling the above functions.  

• Station B: Nailing system with 1.1 kW motor for infeed and outfeed of wall panels; includes gravity roll conveyors with 300 mm long x 76 mm dia.r rolls on 500 mm centers. The station includes (4) Duo-Fast model CN350 Nail Guns. 

• Station C: Insulation buffer feed. Built into Station A as outfeed. With a 10 meter long powered belt conveyor, splits into (2) conveyors with a single motor drive; belts are manually controlled by the operator from the control panel and also from the end of the work station; belts are reversible.  

• Station D: Buffer and Board Assembly. With (2) gravity roll conveyors; rolls are 400 mm long x 76 mm diameter and on 500 mm centers. One side of the station is adjustable for wall heights to 12'.  

• Station E: PC Controlled Nailing and Screwing. For plasterboard/sheetrock with infeed and outfeed on gravity roll conveyors 400 mm long x 76 mm diameter rolls 500 mm centers.  

• Pneumatic lift table from below the station provides support while nailing; automatic straightening of pane via motor drive from one side of the station; motor equipped with adjustable slip clutch for long life.  

• Motor driven nail delivery with programmable PC-steering for (17) plasterboard/sheetrock Nailers. Control via Origo Electronics PC; 1.3 kW motor drive for nail portal.  

• Station F1-2: Turning Table. Powered with hydraulics; each side can be maneuvered separately. Turning table infeed with gravity roll conveyors with 400 mm long x 76 mm diameter rolls on 500 mm centers; turning table outfeed with powered chain conveyors, provide transport for the wall assembly via 2.0 kW feed motor with feed speeds to 10 MPM (30 FPM).  

• Station G: Tarpaper/siding and frame station with: Infeed and outfeed on powered chain conveyors; straightening via special chassis deflection system.  

• Nailing station with (6) Duo Fast CN350 Nail Guns with panel support wheels  adjacent to each nail guns; nailing station with automatic raise/lower according to panel specification/wall thickness. Station is controlled from the operator's panel. Includes markings for the nail guns.  

• Station H: Siding nailing station. Vertically adjustable for different wall thickness with quick adjustment according to wall specification; nail guns can be moved laterally according to wall criteria; station operates in automatic or manual mode from the operator's control panel.  

• Equipped with (6) Nail Guns type Duo-Fast KDN75. Nail Guns with magazines to accept up to (600) nails; with automatic pneumatic scissors for cutting nail tape.  

• Both sides of the chassis are independently motor driven and controlled to allowing compression and straightening with a slip clutch; panel placement "fingers" are retracted from the panel in unison from the "long" side to maintain accurate alignment.  

• Panel placement setting via adjustment handwheels and measuring scales; wall thickness adjustments can be achieved in 1-2 minutes. Infeed and outfeed on powered chain conveyors.  

• Station I: Buffer and completion station; cleans finished wall panel; with powered chain conveyors feeding at 10 MPM.  

• Station J: Raising, stacking and final station with powered chain conveyor at infeed; elevated with hydraulics and laterally moveable; with "feet" for gentle placement of the wall on the stack via hydraulic drive. - [Ref. PB-010166]
