• Double line feed through or return to the operator drilling machine with CNC position stops & router for closet panels & cabinet sides; 2,700 mm (106") max. panel length. • (1) Fixed vertical boring unit with (81) spindles on 32 mm centers, hydraulic brakes for clean through boring, (6) 3 HP motors. • (1) Movable vertical boring unit with: (81) Spindles on 32 mm centers, hydraulic brakes for clean through boring, manual positioning of movable boring with digital readouts. • (1) CNC Routing aggregate with 3 HP Motor (6,000 - 18,000 RPM) for toe kicks, notches & moulding cutouts on front or back edge of panel. • Stop system with (3) CNC controlled backstops & (2) pneumatically controlled side fences by a selector switch for locating the panel in the work area. • Includes: Parametric programming module, "LS-1" control with 15" color monitor & PC keyboard, automatic workpiece transport with feed through or return to operator feature. • Machine can process (2) rows of holes in a 96" long end in approx.
