• 12-HEAD TRANSVERSAL double-beam V-Groover to carry out V-Grooves with close distance. All (12) heads are independently adjustable via CNC control according to the work requirements. • Beams are equipped with; Beam #1: (3 + 3) 2.5 kW Opposed V-grooving heads with electronic positioning for 45° - 90° cuts, max. blade thickness 35 mm. Beam #2: (3 + 3) 2.5 kW Opposed V-grooving heads with electronic positioning for 45° - 90° cuts, max. blade thickness 35 mm. Panel width from 12" to 96" max., min. board length 36", material thickness 1/4" to 1-1/4". • Grooving heads are mounted on Heavy Duty overhead steel beams, (1) in front & (1) on the back side of the overhead beam for minimal groove center distance; electronic positioning of head movement on linear guides, electronic head height & 45° - 90° adjustment, precision ball screws drive the head positioning. • Includes: "CNI NC 482" Controller with: Graphics monitor integrated into high-tech look operator control panel (displays cutting dimensions & patterns), (100) cutting patterns with (50) different dimensions for ea. pattern, self-diagnostic, data input by keyboard, floppy disk or possible direct downloading from office PC. • Complete With: Pre-loading system for automatic loading of the work piece onto the work table. Work table slides on precision tracks anchored to the sides of the machine with precision positioning/movement via rack & pinion drive system.
