• Utilizes a mechanically superior, time proven design, built with a heavy duty framework to absorb high-frequency vibrations from the cutting process.

• "Single Side Setup" controls are positioned so the operator will have the controls for the entire saw in one location within reach. Equipped with a swing arm panel housing digital readouts indicating blade angle, position, and position of the Lumber Stop.

• Board length is set by adjusting the movable carriage, equipped with variable speed control by AC inverter drive.

• The conveyor rails are in fixed locations so horizontal movement on the front quadrants allows an unused blade to be easily pulled out of the way and is useful in making square cutoffs.

• Heavy duty direct drive lumber conveyors are set at a gradual 30-degree incline to promote smooth material feeding and consistent flight alignment.  

• Equipped with pneumatic blade brakes; powered lumber hold downs are synched with the conveyor chains, providing even pressure and ensuring accurate cutting; includes waste conveyor and belt, center lumber support to adjust for natural sag of longer lumber. - [Ref. TR-010051]
